Your bid is a binding contract to purchase the item listed above. By bidding on this item you have agreed to the terms of this sale.

Buyer will pre-pay all shipping, handling and insurance.

Payment is expected within 15 days of the auction ending, unless other arrangements have been mutually agreed upon.

Indiana residents are to pay 6% sales tax.

We accept money orders, personal checks and Paypal. Items paid for by personal check will be held 14 days before shipping.

Shipping

We ship most items through Priority Mail with delivery confirmation unless specified otherwise.   Books will be shipped media mail.  Please use the shipping calculator at the bottom of the page to find out your shipping costs. 

We are happy to combine shipping on multiple auction wins. Please notify us when you bid on multiple items so we can package them together as we do not always catch this.

We encourage insurance, however, it is the buyers decision. Please keep in mind if you refuse insurance, we will not be held responsible for any items that are damaged or lost in shipping.

Exceptions can be made but you will need to email us first and verify that the exception can be made.

Returns

All sales are final unless the item is misrepresented within the description. By misrepresentation, we mean if we call an item to have no chips or cracks and it does then that is a misrepresentation. We always try our best to accurately describe our items. Please understand that trying to describe an item can be subjective, it is our opinion. If there is something important to you, that is not mentioned in the description, please send us an email and ask about it, do not assume the answer.

A request for a return must be made via email within 3 days of your receipt of the item. If the request is accepted, the item must be returned to us within 7 days.
