Shipping is calculated based on weight using ebay's shipping tool. Be sure to check out all the rates offered on the shipping tab. I do not add a handling charge for domestic shipping.
Combined shipping for multiple items purchased is available. I will package and weigh combined items and give you actual shipping costs via an invoice once items are purchased if you ask. I do have combined shipping rules set up on ebay but I am happy to double check you are getting the best rate if you ask me.
Delivery confirmation is included in shipping and handling charges. You have the option to purchase insurance. I will not be held responsible for lost or damaged items.
In some cases I offer Parcel Post service to lower the shipping rate. However, be aware that in the end parcel post might cost you more. If your item is returned for any reason return shipping cost is not included so you will be responsible to pay the return shipping before I can retrieve the returned item. You will then have to pay for shipping again for me to resend it. I do not recommend parcel post for this reason.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return shipping tip (please read): If for some reason you have to return your item please know that I usually ship Priority mail. If you save the box your item was shipped in you can retape the box and write REFUSED on it. It will be returned with no additional cost to you. So don't throw your packaging away until you are 100% satsified (which I know you will be!)

International Buyers:

International items are only shipped once a week on Friday's provided payment has been received and cleared.
International shipping cost listed does not include tracking or insurance. Insurance can only be added if you are willing to pay the Priority Mail International shipping rate.
I add a minimal $0.50 handling charge for international items to offset the added cost for mailing internationally.

Washington State Residents:

I am required to charge retail sales tax for all items shipped within WA state. The default rate is 9%. If you contact me before payment is made I can adjust your sales tax to match your local sales tax rate based on your zip code. In some cases this will lower the percentage of sales tax payable.
