Our CDs: Your CD will always come with all original artwork and the jewelcase unless stated otherwise. The vast majority of the collection was very well taken care of and the CDs and inserts reflect that. Any that are in lesser condition will have the flaws stated in the description.
Some of the CDs we offer will be cut-outs which means they may include a small hole thru the case, a cut-out on the side, a punch hole thru the UPC code, etc. This is done by the issuing companies to mark the overstocks, etc. and to ensure those CD’s are not resold at suggested retail price. They got the name ‘cut-outs’ from back in the LP days when all the overstocks were either marked with a punch hole, clipped corner, snip on the spine, etc. These ‘cut-outs’ were all tossed in the ‘cut-out’ bin at the local retailer and sold at a reduced price. Anyway, enough nostalgia, all CDs we offer will be ‘excellent’ unless otherwise noted in the description.
Issues/Concerns: We guarantee our shipments and if there’s ever an issue please let us know and we’ll resolve to your satisfaction. If an item isn’t up to your expectations please let me know within 14 days and we’ll work something out, either an exchange or a full refund.
Payment:
We must hear from you within 7 days in regards to payment arrangements otherwise a 2nd invoice will be sent. If no response after 4 more days the item will be relisted and eBay will be contacted about non-payment. Believe me we realize that things come up and sometimes you may need to delay payment, that isn’t a problem just let us know. The last thing we want to do is file a ‘non-payment dispute’ with eBay. If you choose to pay by mail be sure to email us of your intent within the first 7 days.
Shipping and handling:
- USA - $3.50 for the first CD and $1.00 for EACH additional CD sent at the same time. Postal tracking provided on all shipments of 3 cd’s or more. All shipments will normally be sent media mail. Insurance is an additional $1.65 for the first $50.00.
- Canada - $4.25 for the first CD and $1.75 for EACH additional CD sent at the same time. All shipments sent First Class International. Tracking and insurance not available.
- INTERNATIONAL - CDs shipped IN Jewelcases: $6.00 for first CD and $3.00 for EACH additional CD shipped at the same time. CDs shipped WITHOUT Jewelcases: $4.25 for first CD and $1.80 for EACH additional CD shipped at the same time. All shipments sent First Class International. Tracking and insurance not available.
Combined Shipping: As stated above combined shipping is available and it is normally per auction.
