Return policies:
For all returns contact us within 14 days of purchase. Please include auction item# and eBay user ID with all your inquires. We will provide you with RMA# and return instructions. No returns will be accepted without RMA#. All returned products, accessories and packaging must be in original condition. Buyers must return items at his/her own cost and we will ship replacement unit by USPS Priority Mail or USPS Global Airmail Parcel Post. There is 15% restocking fee for all non-defective products returned including, but not limited to, all returns with: compatibility, driver/software conflicts, improper installation, etc. Shipping, handling and insurance charges are not refundable for any reason. Warranty information:
There is one year manufacture warranty from date of purchase. Compatibility is not guaranteed. A free copy of the written warranty can be obtained upon written request.
