Available shipping options and charges for US states are listed below. Shipments going to a POBox, PR, HI, AK, will be sent via USPS Priority. In such cases, additional shipping costs may apply depending on your location and the weight of the package. We do ship to APO, FPO, VI, GU, and International destinations. Return Policy: Please read the item's description and features carefully. Hardware returns are subject to 20-25% restocking fee, or 15%-20% exchange fee depending on condition. Software, consumable, and printheads are not returnable. Buyer pays return shipping. All return/exchange requests must be reported with 14 days from date of purchase and the item must be returned within 21 days from date of purchase. No returns can be accepted after 21 days. Product must be new and with all original packaging and product box when returned. All returns must be approved via email with an RMA return authorization number. Defective items will be exchanged with an identical new product within 21 days. Past the 21 days, all defective items must be handled through the manufacturer under the original manufacturer warranty. For further details click here.
International Orders: We DO ship Internationally. Please Email us for rates for countries outside of the US. Shipping is based USPS Express Air rates.
