I do not refund any shipping costs either to you or charges returning the items to me unless items were wrongfully listed. I will only refund items that are in the same identical condition as I sent. Insurance is always optional but no refunds due to breakage. The postal system is not always as careful as we would like. I do pack very well - check my feedback. I always use foam, bubble wrap on glassware and packing peanuts. There is small handling fee on each auction to cover listing expenses already reflected in the shipping cost. I am always able to send additional pictures or answer any questions you may have - I cannot guarantee response within 6 hours of auction end. I do not claim to be an expert on all items I sell but I give information to the best of my ability. Please be sure of items BEFORE you bid.

I welcome international bidders but will only accept paypal payments from non US bidders.
