This auction is for the Comprehensive Video Group (CVG) Combo 3-In-1 RCA Composite Cable - 50 ft. It is brand new and unused.

I did briefly unseal the bag just to test both ends of the cable before listing it. It works as expected. This was given to me as a gift but I have never used it because I just never needed a cable this long. It is a very high quality cable, though. It is thick, surprisingly flexible, and has premium grade connectors.
(RCA Composite cable are the typical red-black/white-yellow connectors, though here they are red-black-white, as seen in photo.)
The price on the label is $96.99, though I did find it for sale online for $87. I will add a Buy-It-Now price equal to half that amount.
