Shipping Information
We use UPS as our primary shipping company and we try to ship all orders within three business days of the transaction date. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you the UPS tracking number for that order to the email address you provide or PayPal provides. Please make sure your PayPal email address works correctly and is active.
Often customers order large quantities of items that when combined weigh over 150lbs. When orders are over 150lbs, orders will most often be shipped using truck freight to get the best price on shipping.
Due to regulations set forth by PayPal and YOUR credit card companies, all items must be sent to confirmed addresses or those that match the address where your credit card statement is received. This is for your protection as well as ours. We can ship to non-confirmed address only if payment is made with a money order. When emailing for shipping quotes please include COMPLETE ADDRESS and ZIPCODE. UPS does NOT ship to P.O. Boxes.
All international customers must contact us BEFORE bidding or purchasing to ensure your item can be shipped internationally. International customers must arrange and pay for their own shipping unless otherwise agreed upon by us.
Payment Methods
We accept Pay Pal, Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Money Orders, and Certified Banks Checks. We do NOT take personal checks. Credit Card Information can be taken over the phone or you can pay with credit card through PayPal if your account is set up to do so. If you would like to pay with your credit card over the internet, you may do so by visiting www.farmsupplystore.com and place your order there.
Returns Process
If you are not satisfied or you have received the wrong item, we will do our best to make sure that you are taken care of until you are satisfied. Please ensure that you are purchasing what you need before you buy it. We will try to make sure that we help you get what you need but ultimately it is your responsibility to make sure that the parts you are purchasing is indeed what you need for your application.
Before returning any item you must first contact us to obtain a RETURN MERCHANDIZE AUTHORIZATION number (RMA#). The RMA# must be written clearly on the outside of the package. No items will be accepted without prior approval and the RMA# written on the package. All items must be returned within 30 days and be in the original condition. If your item was damaged due to the shipping company (UPS) please let us know so we can fix the problem. Please re-pack the product in its original packaging. Make sure to include all pieces of the product including instruction manuals and/or warranty information. Please include your original invoice/packing slip with your return. If you no longer have your packing slip, please include a letter explaining the reason for your return. In your letter please indicate your name, the order and the items you are returning, including the reason so that we can properly process the return.
We suggest all items be insured for full retail value when returning to us. We are not responsible for return shipping charges or damage to returned items. We do not refund original shipping costs.
