What you Need to know About Us and Your Internet Purchase!

Sales/Returns- All sales are final unless specified differently in the listing.  All items are insured when shipped. Questions about the listing or specific item, condition, delivery? Please give us a call in the store before you purchase and we will answer your questions.

Shipping; & Local Pickup: Please contact us for shipping quotes on any item you wish to purchase.  We offer blanket wrap delivery service within our region with our own trucks and use several other blanket wrap companies for all US delivers.  Many garden items can be palletized and shipped commercial freight at discounted rates.  Shippers and rates change often so it is always important to contact us for the best rate and fastest service.  We will be glad to discuss the specifics of the item of interest as well as your location and any special handling that may be required. If you prefer you can also contact one of the shippers that we have provided below or you are welcome to us a shipper you have used previously. Always contact us for an estimate of delivery of your purchase prior to your purchase.

Local Pickups are encouraged. We will provide loading assistance but you must bring your own packing material. If you decide to pickup your purchase please call us for an appointment.

Payment: We accept Pay Pal and Merchant Credit Card charges such as Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Direct pickups can pay with cash or check. If you have any other questions please call 410-745-3700.

Buyer's Obligations: The Buyer must contact us and pay within 5 days of purchase. If you are a new EBay member or an E Bay member with zero feedback, please contact us by phone before you bid. If you do not contact us and bid and purchase an item we reserve the right to re list the item immediately.

Seller: As the Seller we will attempt to answer all of your questions in a timely manner. We encourage you to always call prior to your purchase.  We receive many emails daily, so please be patient. If you do not receive a response by us via email please check your Spam Filter or Junk Mail. Telephone inquires receive immediate response during business hours. Due to the volume of inquires we receive we prefer that condition reports, additional photos and specific details on a particular item be requested via telephone.

Important Notice on Condition of Antiques or Vintage Furniture:  Many of the items that we offer range in age from 50 years old to well over 100 years old and as such have experienced a wide range of owners and use. Antique Furniture is Used. As a result we will not list every chip, nick and scratch in our description since we consider this part of the history of the item. We have found from experience that a customers view and or expectations of the condition of an item or more importantly what is acceptable to them varies so we prefer to talk with you one on one. What we may consider "Very Good Condition or Exceptional," is the result of many years of selecting the best we can find in the market. If you have questions about the condition of an item or require a detailed condition report, "Please Contact Us." Also in many of our listings we suggest making bed modifications, or making additional shelves, etc. In order for us to complete any of these modifications "Please Contact Us." 

Our Products:  The physical location of items we offer for sale on the internet varies. We have locations in St. Michaels, Maryland our primary US location and warehouses in Belgium and Asia. Please review our listings carefully to determine the location of the item you are interested in purchasing. Anticipated delivery to you depends on the physical location of the item you are interested in purchasing. Please take note, items purchased as stated in Europe and Asia are influenced by the time required to pack full containers, transport to seaports, export requirements,  ocean freight to the US and US Customs entry.  All of this takes time and as such we cannot provide exact delivery dates. There can often be delays that we have no control over.  Always contact us prior to your purchase for anticipated US arrival and shipment from our Maryland location to you.
