Domestic refers to street addresses within the Continental U.S. (Lower 48 States). This does not include P.O. Boxes or similar.

Shipping and Handling
· Delivery Confirmation and Custom Declaration Form Numbers are not tracking numbers. Delivery Confirmation numbers are scanned at time of delivery. Customs Declaration Form numbers are only updated in the system if the destination country's Customs and Mailing Services update the system.
Domestic:
· Shipping and Handling is free, unless otherwise noted. The listing will have a noticeable "Free Shipping" icon near the top left of the page.
· We will send a "shipping notification" email with Tracking Number or Delivery Confirmation Number, dependent upon courier used, once the item has been processed and prepared for shipment.
All Others:
· Shipping and Handling is calculated per location, unless otherwise noted in the item description stating a flat rate is possible for a specific country.
· We will send a Shipping Notification email with Tracking Number/Delivery Confirmation Number/Customs Declaration Form Number, dependent upon courier and choice of shipping option, once the item has been processed and prepared for shipment.
Additional Notes for International Orders
· We will purchase a Certificate of Mailing for all items shipped First Class International, valued at $50 USD or more. A copy can be provided upon request.
· Orders that are shipped outside the U.S. might incur customs and/or sales taxes. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay for these additional fees at the time of delivery. If a shipment is refused, we will deduct these fees from the refund, which will be added to the normal restocking fee.
· We designate the item as a "Gift" on the Customs Declaration Forms, but this is not a guarantee Customs Duties and/or Taxes will be avoided.

TERMS OF SALE
· All items are subject to availability.
· The chance of an item advertised not being available is very slim, but may happen.
· We perform a validation of items listed on eBay with our main store inventory, at least twice a month.
· Back-Orders:
o In the event an item isn't available and can be back-ordered, we will contact the customer as soon as we confirm we are able to restock the item from our supplier or another source
o The customer will have 72 hours, after notification, to either cancel the order and receive a full refund or accept the delay for the back-order. We will not cancel orders after 72 hours, since we may have to submit a special order or outsource with a different supplier
o Back-Orders may be delayed 10-14 business days. This does not include the shipping time to the customer
o If the item is no longer in stock with our supplier and we are unable to source an identical item in a reasonable amount of time, we will issue a full refund immediately
We are more than happy to confirm availability before purchase.
· Used/Tested Items:
o Items we have tested are guaranteed to work within the limits we have tested them (description will state if we haven't completed a complete test). Please ensure your system meets any system requirements (ie. SP1 or SP2, graphics/video card requirements, RAM, etc.).
§ "Tested in Vista" - we know the program will work per its system requirements. It's not a guarantee it will work in every machine operating Vista. Your system may have the minimum requirements to operate Vista, but they may be below the requirements for the Program/Game. We test with Vista Premium and meet/exceed all system requirements for the program/game.
§ "Tested in XP" - if the program/game fails to work in Vista, we test it in Windows XP with SP2. All other system requirements for the program/game are met/exceeded.
