Unit: A 2BR deluxe provides sleeping and dining for 6-8 adults. These "deluxe" units feature spacious rooms with many amenities, including large dining area, full kitchen (oven, double sink, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, electric can opener, pots/pans, etc.), jacuzzi whirlpool in Master bedroom, in-room washer/dryers, TV/VCP/Stereo in living room and TVs in the bedrooms, cooking ware & utensils, bedding, iron/ironing board, telephone & messaging system, etc. You could spend the entire stay without even leaving this luxurious room!

Check in is after 4:00 pm on Friday, June 6th
Check out is no later than 10 am on Sunday, June 8th
No pets are allowed on the resort premises
Photo identification and credit card imprint are required on check-in for security deposit
Guests must be 21 years of age to check-in
No boats or RV's allowed on resort property
Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay and agree to resolve these issues prior to check-out.
Guests DO NOT have to attend any sales presentation or tour the resort!!
Payment Info: I need to have payment within five days of the auction close. For this reason, I prefer payment via PayPal. You can also send money order or cashiers check via Priority Mail if you want, but it must be here within five days of the auction close, please. There are no hidden costs. Whatever your closing bid is is the total amount. I pay for any shipping or guest confirmations. Your guest reservation confirmation will be requested the same day payment is received and mailed directly to your residence in about a week.
