This is a $500. Bond coupon for $15. It is hand signed and numbered 8742. Loan Under Sec 6 of Act of Feb. 17th, 1864. 

Bond was signed 31st March 1864. 2nd series. A Criswell # 143A,  a rarity (4).

Condition is uncirculated. Has no tears or holes. Has 1 fold and a wrinkle. The back is blank.  A very nice coupon to add to your collection.
