Authentic Confederate State of South Carolina 15c note. Hand signed. Dated Feb. 1, 1863.  Has palm tree in the center. It is from The Bank of the State of South Carolina.Has fifteen on the back in red and Isued under Act Feb. 1863.

Condition is it has folds and light age dirt. Has some spot stains and 2 pin holes. No tears.
