This item is a Conn Single F French Horn. Serial # E81306 ID# 11644

This instrument has approximately 80 to 85 % of the original Lacquer Body Finish.

There is Light to Medium general wear over the entire horn example: small scratches, player wear, finish wear etc.

There are a few small dents.

The Outside Bell Bow crook is in good shape with normal wear medium has a medium dent.

The Bell has dents but no evidence of broken or patched metal.

We can not describe every dent in detail so we give you specific info on the Bell and Bow. For the best overall representation of the general condition use the pictures provided.

This instrument has 3 Rotary Valves.

The Valves on this instrument work well and are very smooth.

The Tuning Slide are loose on this horn.

The Engraving on the Bell of this instrument reads: C. G. conn LTD. U.S.A.

Playing or not this Instrument has been sitting and not used for a while so factor a little elbow grease to clean slides, oil valves etc etc or a trip to the repair shop for at least a light Service, Then depending on specific damage possibly more to be put it into top playing shape . Please bid accordingly.
