Conn Visible Embouchure Trumpet Mouthpiece.  The top is either some kind of plastic or Ivory.  There ase cracks in the top, and shank.  I have not tried to unscrew the top.  This must have been some kind of special presentation mouthpiece.  It has the inscription: "Reward, Eddie Gurrett, 203 No. 65th, Seattle".   For more pictures, please click on this link:  www.trumpetjunkie.com/vis2.htm .   Buyer to pay $4 for shipping.  Ship to confirmed Paypal address only.  Thanks.
