This brand new adapter will allow
you to use CANON FD
mount lenses and macro accessories on Canon
EOS cameras. The lens distance scale can be used as well
as focusing to infinity .The adapter has correction lens inside.
The inside
correction lens has 2-element design using
coated optical glass and offering better optical performance. In
addition the optical elements can be removed, making the adapter useful
for macro work. Without the optics infinity focus is lost, but for
macro work that is no problem and it simply acts as a short extension
tube.
The
adapter is made in
Japan, very well built. High quality machining, very well
done blackened surfaces to minimize reflections and
multicoated optics made by Hoya
Optic Japan. The optical assembly is easily unscrewes to
convert the adapter into a macro adapter.
Without the optics the adapter performs as about a 15mm extension tube.
With no optics in the adapter, a 200mm lens could be focused to a
maximum distance of approximately 8ft and a 500mm mirror lens (which
allowed focus just "past infinity" as many telephoto lenses do) could
be focused to a maximum distance around 50ft. Our super high
quality adapter is alternative to a $1000 Canon adaptor, which is very
hard to find and which works only with long telephotos, or a
cheaper adapter that doesn't work well with anything and can't be used
for macro work with the optics removed.

great buy if you have a collection of unused FD lenses

All purchases made
from this site may be returned in first 14 calendar days after
purchase for the full refund, excluding any shipping and
handling fees. Buyer is responsible for shipping item(s) back.
We don't accept COD or freight collect shipments. All items must
be returned in "as new" condition in the original
packaging and include all accessories, blank warranty cards,
UPC codes (attached), and user manuals. Original boxes, packing
materials, wrappers, and cartons are to be returned without
markings, tape, folds or defacing. Products returned in damaged
condition will be returned to the customer without exchange.
Products returned in unacceptable condition are subject to a
15% restocking fee. Condition will be assessed at the
discretion of the seller.
If
you receive a wrong or defective item please contact us within
7 days from the date you receive your order. If found defective
a replacement will be shipped immediately under sellers
expense. Units returned for exchange and found not to be
defective will be returned at buyers expense. All items must be
returned in "as new" condition in the original
packaging and include all accessories, blank warranty cards,
UPC codes (attached), and user manuals. Original boxes, packing
materials, wrappers, and cartons are to be returned without
markings, tape, folds or defacing.
If a package is refused
on delivery, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee less

marked as Final Sale, there will be no returns or exchanges
offered.
No refund or exchange
will be issued without prior authorization. Please contact us
before sending your item back. All products send back for
return or exchange must be received by seller within 14
calendar days from the date the return authorization is issued.
