Book & VHS Shipping Policy: All orders under 13 oz will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail.   Everything else will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.  This is an upgrade.  I discovered that Media Mail took too long from Hawaii -- USPS considers it ground shipping.  Who do they think they are kidding?  From the middle of the Pacifc Ocean?  LOL  They containerize and ship it instead -- 6 to 8 weeks!  We ship to US and Canada only!

Soap Shipping Policy: All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail from Welches, Oregon.  US shipping only!

Book & VHS Return Policy:  We do understand that sometimes you may wish to return an item and that is fine. Please send an email with your concerns to: somers@alohabroadband.net so we may discuss any issues. Returns will be handled in a prompt and efficient manner. Return shipping will be the buyer's responsibility, once we understand the problem.

Soap Return Policy: Because of health and sanitation concerns, soap sales are final. We will accept returns only on non-soap products that have not been used and are still in saleable condition, including our wooden and glass soap dishes.
