This hard-backed cookbook (464 pages), with great colorful photographs, is a great Betty Crocker cookbook. Along with great recipes, this book includes more than "400 great-tasting ways to get dinner on the table;" helpful nutrition and cooking information; tips and tricks to fix it fast; and an extensive Index.
One of my favorite sections is the "Super Express Cooking." Must tries are the Pesto Turkey & Pasta; Ravioli with Tomatoes and Mushrooms; and the Glazed Turkey Tenderloins. The recipes in the Drinks, Dips and Mini Bites section are great for our Friday appetizer night (Hot Reuben Dip; Corn and Olive Spread -- YUMMY). And each luscious recipe has a nutrients chart along with the time each recipe takes to prep and cook or refrigerate.
This cookbook is in excellent condition and will make a great gift for family, friend, or s-e-l-f. There are no inscriptions or markings, and it is from a smoke-free home.
