Julie Child, a cooking legend, introduces 16 American chefs from different parts of the country.  Many are now well known - Emeril Lagasse - and are here presenting  their signature dishes and individual techniques!

 

Beautifully illustrated - 80 full color photos - 146 pages - price clipped dust jacket - signed by author on title page in black ink (see photo).

Condition: See photos - Very Good (book), dust jacket has slight wear at spine fold on front but otherwise bright and VG-
