Here is a "Cool Attic" brand Gable mount shutter.  Operates on air flow.  When you turn your whole house fan on, the vents open and allow air flow.  Hole would need to be 18 X 18 ".   Overall measurement is 21.5 inches square.  Actual item is pictured.  Box is a bit tattered and opened. New, never installed.  I'll ship within a business day of payment via 2-3 day shipping. 

Pictured makes louvers appear brown, because they are reflecting a brown door.  They are aluminum unpainted.

Consider $14 Flat Rate Shipping and handling for 2-3 day (either priority or fedex).
