CDs

Here is what you can expect when you buy used CDs from my store.

·        An accurate grading as to the condition of the CDs. I inspect all CDs prior to listing them.

·        No surprises, If the CD is missing artwork or any other issue, it will be stated on the listing. Otherwise, you can expect the complete CD package with all inserts.

·        The official CD manufactured and licensed from the record company. I do not sell bootleg or burned CDs.

·        A clean CD and a clean jewel case that is not cracked, broken or scratched.

·        CDs from familiar artists or special hard to find CDs. I’m always on the lookout for those rare titles. You won’t find very many overstock CDs from unknown artists.

·        Variety, I strive to maintain a balanced inventory of Rock, R&B, Country, Jazz, Soundtracks, Christian, Pop and specialty titles to choose from.

·        Prompt shipment. Most items are shipped within five days after payment has cleared. Whether you’re in the US, Europe, Australia or elsewhere you can expect prompt delivery. I send all international orders via USPS air mail. I send all US orders via USPS first class mail, not media.

·        Your good or better graded CD to play trouble free. I will gladly accept returns if there is a problem with your good or better graded CD. See return policy for details. Please note that CDs graded as fair, poor or as is, are not returnable.

Used CD grading definitions:

Mint – Perfect condition, no scratches or signs of wear.

Excellent – Very light scratches.

Very good condition – Light scratches, plays trouble free

Good condition – Several scratches, plays trouble free

Fair condition – Several scratches, may skip on some players

Poor condition – CD is pitted and has major scratches will probably skip on some tracks

Please note: Returns are not available for CDs graded as Fair or Poor.

PAYMENTS

I accept payments through Pay Pal – NO CHECKS PLEASE

·        When you became a member, you agreed to purchase any item won in an auction. You won it, you bought it!

·        Payment is due at the close of the auction

·        Payment is expected within 5 days after the auction closes

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

CDs will ship within 5 business days after payment has cleared.

Shipping and Handling Fees to:

·        Any US location - $3.45

·        Canada - $3.95

·        Central and South America - $6.25

·        Europe - $7.25

·        Australia - $7.25

·        Asia - $7.25

·        Africa - $7.25

In the event that USPS delivery is not available to your location or shipping cost is excessively high (over amount quoted above) I will notify you via email.

All US locations will be shipped via USPS first class mail (2-5 days).

All International locations will be shipped USPS Air Mail. (3-10 days)

Insurance

Optional insurance is available to US members for $1.35 up to $50.00 value. Unfortunately, insurance for worldwide shipments is cost prohibitive. Global members wanting shipping insurance regardless of cost may send a request for a quote via email.

Shipping Discounts For Multiple Purchases

Buy the first CD at the regular rate, get one dollar off shipping for each subsequent CD won on the same day.  “Same day” means discounts do not roll over to include purchases made on the next day or thereafter.

Sorry…discounts not available on:

·        CDs won for less than $2.99 each

·        Multiple CD sets

·        Box Sets

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Exchanges are not available.

Refunds are not available on New CDs.

Should there be a problem with your used CDs performance, please send me an email explaining the nature of the problem. A refund or a return is available with your good feedback record. Returns must be received no later than 7 days after delivery.
