• Payments must be received within (7) days of auction close.
• We reserve the right to file a non-paying Bidder Alert if the payment is not received within the specified time frame.
• Insurance is optional however the Buyer agrees to accept all risk if not insured. We now self-insure.
• Due to the amount of time and red tape required by the post office for filing a claim, any items on which insurance is purchased will now be covered by our own insurance fund.
