~~~~~~I encourage you to take a moment and read my ME page to find out a little about how I do things. I cover everything from insurance, feedback, pets, shipping, packaging and more. Starting the week of May 18th, 2009 I will be taking a full time job outside of my home. I may be able to answer questions during the day if time permits but most likely questions will be answered between 6-10pm. I just don't want anyone thinking I am ignoring them :) ~~~~~~

Condition~ This is in excellent condition with normal signs of use.

Description~ From Crorning Ware this is a 2 1/2 qt Buffet server.

~~~I do use the shipping calculator to ship so please keep in mind that just because first class or parcel post are the first options you see, you can chose priority mail if you like.~~

~~~Please keep in mind that once I drop off your packages to the USPS I have no control over how long packages are in transit. I ship within 24 hours unless its a weekend and usually ship 5-6 days a week~~~

~International shipments~
ALL First class international shipments will be charged an extra $2.00 to cover insurance. This is ONLY for 1st class, not Global priority or Global Express as they are automaticly insured.

~RETURNS~
My return policy is such. If I have made an error in measurements or missed a flaw I will of course extend a full refund including shipping. However I do not refund for fit issues (I provide all measurements and I would expect you to verify them before purchasing) and for color or buyers remorse. Please keep in mind that color is relative and sometimes the color on monitors can be a bit different from each other. If an exact color match is necessary you might be better of at a B&M store.

Communication is everything. If you have a question or concern PLEASE, do contact me. I usually can get back to you very quickly. I will do my best to answer any questions or fix a problem as fast as I can.

~PAYMENTS~
I accept pay pal and humbly request that payments are received within 5 days. If no payment is received within 7 days I do file an “Unpaid item” and start the process to recoup my fees.

Shipping
~SHIPPING~
I usually ship via the US post office as that is the only means close to me but if you are purchasing a heavier item and prefer using someone like UPS or FedEx that can be done but it make take a few extra days until I can get to the larger town that houses these companies or so that I can arrange pick up from them. I almost always ship daily and can many times ship on Saturday. I try my best to have your package in the mail to you within 24 hours and have been know to ship the same day an auction ends but occasionally I have to delay shipping for a day or two but that is rare.

~COMBINE SHIPPING~
~I happily combine shipping on purchased made within 5 days of each other. If you are buyer multiple items please let me know when you are done shopping and allow me to send you a combine invoice.

~INTERNATIONL BUYERS~
I love international buyers!! Please feel free to contact me for a shipping quote if something doesn’t sound right. To date I have not had any of my international packages lost but due to customs things can and have been be delayed. I will happily ship international using Global Express, Global priority and First class. I do fill out my customs forms correctly and will not mark an item won as a "Gift", my postal workers know me to well for that. I also include a packing slip which has the final ending price in every package I send out, domestic or international just in case the package gets opened by customs there is no question of value.

~APO ADDRESSES~
I happily ship to APO addresses as our troops families are people too. I ask only that you remember your package can be delayed depending on where you are.

~~Customs forms are ALLWAYS filed out truthfully~~

~Customs fees~
You the buyer are responsible for any and all customs and VAT taxes on goods coming into your country. This is not the sellers responsability so if you are not used to buying from overseas please take a moment to check what the extra charges may be before you purchase.

~INSURANCE~
Insurance is available for both our protection and piece of mind. Everyone knows that while the USPS does their best they are still a bit...lacking for loss of a better word LOL. Every now and then one of their machines (or employees) decides to get temperamental and take it out on our poor letters and packages or decides it needs a vacation and sends it to Never Never Land, never to be seen again. I no longer have insurance as mandatory unless you are overseas and yes, 1st class international items CAN be insured through 3rd parties like U-Pic for right about $2.00, priority packages are automatically insured for up to $70.00 I believe.
