The main pad which your child rests against was removed, laundered (hypoallergenic detergent) and replaced.  There is some discoloration on the pads on the shoulder pads, these (with some patience) can also be removed and washed.

UPDATE: I was able to get the discoloration on the shoulder pads out with a tide pen.  =)
