Hewlett Packard HP 1012 Laser Printer
This is a VERY expensive book at a deeply discounted price (about 20% of original). It's in beautiful condition, with only one slight bump to two front corners. It is from the library of a physician, Dr. Michael Sulman, M.D. First published in 1973, this is still an excellent book for the physician, or for the lay person who is considering plastic surgery. To my knowledge, God has not yet reinvented the human face, so the basics of rearranging and enhancing it should be much the same. This would also be a good book for forensic artists and sculptors, to better understand the underlying structures which they are reproducing. Included topics / chapters:
Chapter 1: Concepts of Beauty
Chapter 2: Selection of Patients
Chapter 3: Social and Physcological Considerations
Chapter 4: Hypnosis, Analgesia, Amnesia, Anaesthesia
Chapter 5: Blepharoplasty
Chapter 6: Face Lift
Chapter 7: Chemabrasion and Dermabrasion
Chapter 8: Silicone Injection Therapy
Chapter 9: Rhinoplasty
Chapter 10: Mentoplasty, Prognathism, and Cheiloplasty
Chapter 11: Otoplasty
Chapter 12: Treatment of Baldness
Chapter 13: Hair Transplantation
