FIRST CONFEDERATE Co D 21st MISSISSIPPI INFANTRY REGIMENT FLAG

Brand New. Measures approx 3x5 feet. The original flag was made in Woodville Mississippi by the Ladies Auxilary for the Jefferson Davis Guards, the local regiment, which later became Company D of the 21st Mississippi. The regiment served with the Army of Northern Virginia from Seven Days Battles to Appomattox. This is not a screen printed flag, the red and white bars, and the blue canton are all seperate pieces of cotton fabric sewn together. The stars and the letters in the Victory or Death motto are handpainted. Measures Comes with two grommets for flying or cotton ties for attaching to a pole. If you prefer cotton tie please let us know at the end of auction. The flag will be automatically shipped with grommets unless you ask for cotton ties . This flag is not mass produced, we make each one one at a time. We accept PayPal. High bidder pays $7.00 priority in the US only. Shipping will vary outside the United States.
