Each item has a 30-Day DOA Warranty unless it is noted: "As-Is /
No Warranty". This policy guarantees the product to be in
working condition upon arrival. Non-functional items can be returned
for replacement or refund within 30 days of the shipping date. Shipping
and handling fees will not be refunded. Customer is responsible
for all return shipping costs. If you receive a DOA product, you
have up to 30 days from the shipping date to notify us of the problem.

back to us without an RMA number. The 30-Day DOA warranty offered
