Payment and Shipping Requirements:
I accept personal checks, money orders and PayPal, but there are a few conditions you should know about.
1. The Shipping Calculator is usually available for all countries. If you are having trouble with it, please contact me for shipping options.
2. I generally ship small items every day. I use an online postage system for most items, so I can avoid going to the Post Office most of the time. Auctiva's insurance is the same price as the Post Office and covers both domestic and most international shipments, including postage. Insurance remains optional. Please remember that if you buy insurance, you will not see a Post Office "insured" stamp on it under this system. The rules for claims remain the same, requiring a wait of at least 30 days before a claim can be filed.
3. Personal checks (US funds only) are welcome. Depending on your feedback and/or whether you are a prior customer, checks may result in a delay until they clear my bank.
4. I will notify you when payment is received, and again when your item has been shipped. I generally leave feedback after shipping items. I would greatly appreciate your feedback to let me know you have received your order.
5. If you mail your payment, please include the item number and your mailing address with it. Don't just write "leaflet" or "stickers" or whatever, since I may have listed several similar items at a time. If I have to search my back email files trying to match your name with an item, it will delay things all around.
6. Although all sales are final as in most auctions, please let me know if there is a problem. I will do my best to work with you to resolve any reasonable problem. Please be aware, however, that I cannot be responsible if the Post Office breaks or loses your item.
