What is the condition of items that are sold?
All items are brand new and factory sealed. We do not sell used, defective or rejected merchandise. Unless otherwise stated.
How many days before my item to be shipped?
Orders are usually shipped within 1 to 4 business days after cleared payment. Rare items and large orders will take a little longer. We ship Mondays thru Fridays, excluding Saturdays and Sundays, and major US holidays. We send our packages thru FEDEX, UPS, and USPS whichever will be suited for your item. We reserve the right to use either shipping at our discretion. Tracking numbers for the shipment are provided upon request.(US customer only). 90%25 of all domestic orders arrive within 10 days or more. International orders can take longer to receive.
Is this item on Stock?
All items are in stock at the time they are listed for auction or added to our store and may become out of stock at the time of your purchase. You can request a full refund if that happen which is very occasionally happen, or you can wait for the item to restock and then it will be shipped as soon as possible.
Do you offer shipping discount on multiple items?
Yes, we offer combine shipping for multiple items to reduce shipping and handling. Shipping cost is $6.99 for the first item plus $4.99 for each additional item(US customers only). Please Note, you will not be eligible for combine shipping discount in any additional items once you have completed the checkout. We have multiple warehouse, if the items are not coming from the same warehouse they will not be combined.
We do not allow local pickups.

What if I get a damaged, defective or wrongly shipped item?
Damaged, defective and wrongly shipped items can be returned for replacement, only. Please contact us on how to go about getting a replacement.

We don't pay for return shipping unless if we wrongly shipped an item.
