· BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Absolutely STUNNING BABY ROOM set made by AMERICAN HEIRLOOM. This is a Country style set. Contains the following pieces:

AMAZING Wood dresser with attached mirror and four drawers (3.5" wide x 1.75" deep x 6.75" high)

Crib with mattress, pillow and side that goes up and down (4.5" wide x 2.75 deep x 4.5" high)

Rocking horse with "hair" mane and tail (approximately 4" wide x .75 deep x 3" high

Rocking Chair with woven yellow seat (1.75" wide x 3" deep x 4.25" high)

High Chair with woven yellow seat and tray that lifts up (2.25" wide x 2.5" deep x 4.25" high)

· The drawers open to the dresser for all the stuff you keep in a house! This is a REALLY cute set! This is a fabulously made set of furniture.

Knobs on drawers are a matching white color.

There is really pretty detail stenciling on everything but the horse.

I was able to find a local liquidator that was closing out some beautiful items and can offer them to you significantly below retail!! I know I love a bargain and so will you.

SHIPPING & HANDLING:

Item will be shipped anywhere in the Continental U.S. for a flat rate of $12.00

If your win (or wins) weight more than ONE pound, your item will most likely be shipped via UPS.

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and APO's that are over 1 pound will incur additional expense.

Buyer may purchase insurance for an additional $1.10 total. I cannot be responsible for uninsured items. Please be sure to let me know (when you are done) if you win multiple auctions so I can combine items and save $$ on shipping!

If you are bidding on multiple auctions, you do NOT need to contact me until you are done. I am pretty liberal about letting winners combine shipping and you can bid for up to a week or two before making payment, if you need to combine orders!

Most items ship within 72 hours of receipt of payment (excluding the weekend).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING :

We are happy to ship outside of the United States (including Canada and Europe.) Postage will be actual cost PLUS a $3 handling fee with a minimum shipping charge of $12.00.

All international shipping will be via US AIRMAIL. Insurance is available for an additional $3.00.
