Because new Flat Rate Package postal rates are based on Zone, there is no standard flat rate that can be quoted without a zip code.
Seller not responsible for lost or damaged items if insurance isn't purchased. Due to family obligations, seller only ships once a week. If this is not acceptable, please do not bid and then leave negative feedback.
Note: Mail can be slow coming from the desert once it is in the postal system as there is no local major postal hub. PLEASE do not blame seller for delays in the postal service - shipping time in feedback refers to how long it takes for the seller to put the item in the mail, NOT how long it takes for the postal service to deliver it!
