these are possibly 'seconds' due to packaging or spec requirements, but with random sampling of many hundreds I have spot checked, they all worked as advertised.  These will NOT take the abuse that higher quality similar items will take.

This is NOT a comparable substitution for the iSLICE cutter which is a far superior similar looking tool that even has a magnet for your fridge.  I do not sell that item, but others sell them on ebay and it is a great product worth every penny.  I own one. 

If all you need is to cut coupons from your newspaper, these are the tools for you.  If you need more muscle, please buy from the other guys.  

I bought one of the iSLICE cutters and it IS a better tool, but with careful use, my coupon cutters should last a very long time.  

History has shown me that every once in a while, I leave one in the paper and it gets tossed.  It doesn't hurt so much if it's not the deluxe model :D
