INSURANCE RATES for US only are as follows: -
$1.65 if your item costs up to $50, -
$2.05 for costs between $50.01 and $100, -
$2.45 for values between $100.01 and $200, -
$4.60 for amounts between $200.01 and $300, or -
$4.60 plus $0.90 for each $100 or fraction thereof over $300
