Payment Due

• Payment is due within 3 days of auction closing (unless you let me know you have a special circumstance that requires more time). If payment has not been received by the 4th day after purchase, the NON PAYING BIDDER process will begin

Shipping

• Quality shipping materials are used - appropriate to the item being shipped. Most bra styles are shipped in a cardboard box or bubble/poly bag. Panties are shipped in bubble or poly bags.  Clothing is shipped in poly or Tyvek envelopes/bags or cardboard boxes for heavier or bulky items
• Packages are shipped Monday through Saturday via the USPS. I try to ship the same day payment is made (if early enough in the day) or next day
• A shipping notice is sent via e-mail so you know your package is on it’s way

Combined Shipping

• If you win/purchase more than 1 item in a seven day period, I will gladly combine items to save you shipping costs. In most cases, the additional S&H is handled automatically during eBay check-out. If this is not the case, please contact me via the Ask a Question link (top right on auction listing) & request a “combined invoice”
• To receive combined shipping, multiple items must be paid for with one payment. The higher S&H applies first & then S&H (at a reduced rate) will be added for each additional item

Communication

• If you have any questions about the item or any information in this listing, please e-mail before you bid! I can't accept returns for sizing issues, so please contact me with any questions you may have before bidding
• Sorry….NO REFUNDS on lingerie due to nature of the item
• If your item/s ship the same day payment is made, I don’t confirm your payment as your shipping notice will serve as confirmation.  If I can’t ship the same day payment is made, an e-mail is sent confirming payment & date your package will be shipped (usually the next day the USPS is open)

• Appropriate feedback is left at the end of the transaction (which means after you have received your item/s). The fastest way to receive feedback is to leave feedback 1^st. That way I know your item has been received satisfactorily. Otherwise I check the USPS Delivery Confirmation # to confirm your item has arrived. I check Delivery Confirmations about once a week
