Old Glory (duster)

Gorgeous! This wonderful long duster is made from 2 sweatshirts , and woolfelts , old brass buttons and gold tassles , it's so wonderful and easy to make . The dirctions are easy to follow , and a weekend project if that . The pattern is new in the package . I appliqued using perle cottons and prefelted woolfelts . 13 stars for the original colonies and a nice uniformed look !

The heavier the sweatshirts you use the heavier the coat , you can use new or used sweatshirts its a great way to recycle them. This is very popular pattern and as you can plainly see very patriotic! If you are looking for the authentic pigment dyed sweatshirts we used which are hard to find , they don't sell them in the stores then let me know .
