Q. How will I get my website?
A. Once you pay you will get information on how to sign up for your domain and hosting account, once you do that we will send you your cPanel (the control panel for the website) information along with any other information you need to access the downloads and to get started.
Q. Is it required that we host with you?
A. Only for the first month, after the first month you are welcome to move the website to wherever you wish. However, if you choose to move the website we will no longer support it. Also, if you buy any of the websites in our store (this website is sold in our store) at the Buy it Now (except the websites at a $4.99 buy it now), we will be happy to setup the website for you at your current host (as long as you can give us either your cPanel login or FTP information).
Q. What are the specifications of your server?
A. The server you will be put on at the very least will have Dual Xeon Processors and have at least 2GB of Ram.
Q. How long will it take to have my new website setup?
A. We will make every effort to have your website setup within 24 hours of signing up for the domain and hosting, though in certain cases it may take longer because of unforeseen circumstances, but in most cases 24 hours.
Q. Do you accept anything besides PayPal?
A. Yes we do, we also accept credit card payments through our credit card processor with 2checkout. However, this is not our standard payment method, so you will have to ask us in order to pay this way.
