Up for auction is a Crestron Touch Screen Touch-panel Model TPS-4500 in great used cosmetic condition.  The body of the unit has few to no scratches or scuffs on it due to normal wear and tear.  The screen itself is in pristine condition and shows no signs of visible damage on it.  Please refer to the provided pictures for details.

We plugged in the touch-screen and were able to power it on using a generic 24 VDC power adapter that we have in our shop.  We were able to access the system configure page by holding a finger on the screen as the unit powered on.  Through this page we were able to run a couple simple diagnostic tools as well as verify that the touch-screen is functioning correctly (it appears to have no dead spots and seems to be fully responsive).  We then allowed the unit to run its original programming.  After that loaded up, the system became unresponsive due to the fact that it was no longer connected to its original network.  In order to use this system, the buyer needs to reprogram the touch panel using various programming tools including but not limited to: Crestron Windows based programming software such as Crestron Application Builder or SIMPL+ Windows for Touch-screens (both seem to be popular for this model).  We found some item specifications online and have included them below:

Other than powering on the panel and navigating through some of its menus, no further testing was done to the unit.  As stated before, this unit requires a 24 VDC power adapter, model number PW-2420RU, which did not come with the unit and therefore is not included in the purchase (one must be purchased elsewhere before use).  Due to our inability to fully test the touch-screen panel without reprogramming it, we must sell this item as is and as described.
