Furniture is Baby Italia and is in great shape.  There is a small indent in the wood on the top front of the Armoire that happened when moving the furniture into the room (See picture).  The mark is hard to notice unless it is pointed out or being scrutinized for marks, otherwise in perfect condition.

Bedding - The comforter has been hung on the wall and will come with the bear clips to hang.  The pictures do not have the Little Suzy's Zoo bumper pads, those items have been packed in storage.
