This is an amazing tool for reproducing Cricket Bats plus a wide range of other carved wood items. (Yes, I know that Cricket bats art made from two pieces, the handle and blade... these photos are just of a single piece cut as a demo). Constructed of welded steel, this Duplicator will carve a bat in less than an hour, and reproduce it exactly as the original. Just the thing for rapid production work, or when you want to reproduce a unique original. It will carve the new bat down to where all it needs is a final sanding for completion. The original bat and the new blank of wood to be carved are placed in the holding mechanism and locked in tightly... setup takes just a few minutes. The Mechanism does not move during carving, but is unlocked with the turn of a knob, and the bats rotated in unison to a new position. Carves in full 3-D with a feather touch.  This is a simple manual machine that takes all the rough-out work completely out of the picture.     

All that is needed is a table to set up on, and the steel side rails. The table can be as simple as a piece of 3/4" plywood or MDF, and the steel rails are available locally everywhere for about $40 (we tell you exactly what you need). The length of work that can be carved is extendable to any length needed.  Comes complete with Cutting Bits, Guide pins to match, Router, and the holding mechanisms, plus setup and operating instructions. No prior woodworking experience is needed... it is extremely easy and simple to use.  And this fine machine is not limited to Cricket Bats! It will carve chair legs, gun stocks, wagon wheel spokes, archictectural millwork- virtually anything.  Maximum diameter of workpieces is 8".  Shipment within about two weeks, currently.
