Customer Service and Store Hours

Store Hours : 9am – 5pm Monday thru Friday

We work hard to give great customer service!During stores hours we will do our best to return emails within 2-3 hours of receiving them.We do check emails after hours and on weekends and however, response times are a little slower and can take up to 24 hours.Feedback will be left once it is received, we have an automated system that sends out feedback.

International

We do ship internationally.You will be responsible for any fees, customs or duty taxes that your country may charge.Please do not email and ask me to change the value of your item so that you don’t have to pay as much.We do require insurance on all international orders, therefore, we will only ship USPS Priority International or USPS Express International.USPS First Class International is not insurable so we do not offer it as an option for shipping.

Shipping :
We will ship your item out within 2-3 business days after payment has cleared, except for presales. However, in many cases packages are shipped out on the next buisness day after payment has cleared. For presales, orders will be shipped the next business day after I receive the item in stock. Packages are shipped Monday-Friday before 9am, excluding Holidays. Once Item is shipped we are not responsible for the item or the time it takes to arrive at buyers location. It is the customers responsiblity to contact UPS/USPS if there is a problem, however we will do our best to help you. We encourage you to purchase insurance to cover the cost of your item if it is not included in the auction. If you select UPS as your shipper, please provide a street address for shipment. UPS will not ship to a PO Box. If you give me a PO Box and choose UPS, I will send you one request via email for a street address. If I do not hear back from you within 24 hours, your package will be processed and shipped via USPS Parcel Post which can take between 2-9 days for delivery.

Payment :
Payment must be recieved within 3 days after the end of the auction unless special arrangements have been made. We accept Paypal, credit card, money orders and cashiers checks. We do not accept personal checks. If you are paying via money order or cashiers check, please email me to let me know. If you want to cancel and auction that you have won, there is a cancellation fee of $15 for purchases that total under $100 and a cancellation fee of $29 for purchases that total $100 or more. Florida residents will be charged 7% sales tax.
