DESCRIPTION PROMISE...

We always try to give the most accurate descriptions as possible. Even though many bidders feel that minor flaws and imperfections are normal and acceptable, we always try to describe the smallest of imperfections.  From time to time we may unintentionally miss something, So please, If you have concerns, need clarification or more information, please e-mail us BEFORE you bid; we are always delighted to answer any questions.

SHIPPING & HANDLING PROMISE...

We will pack your item(s) with a high degree of care and ship as quickly as possible, usually within 2 normal business days of cleared payments! We will COMBINE shipping whenever possible to help save you money.  For our local neighbors, we will gladly meet you in or around the West or North San Jose areas.

We charge a very small 75¢ handling charge per package. If we accidentally overcharge you we will refund the difference immediately. On our listings showing a flat rate shipping fee, no refunds will be given. INSURANCE is typically optional unless otherwise noted. If insurance is not requested, you assume all liability for any shipping damages to properly packed or lost items.

REFUNDS & RETURNS PROMISE...

If you are unhappy please immediately contact us so we can work out a solution that is satisfactory to both of us. We stand behind our listing descriptions. If we grossly misrepresent any item we will gladly accept return of the item. We will promptly refund your money, including return postage, within three (3) days of receiving the return. We will not accept a return if your package was properly packed and damaged during shipping.  Please read the above section regarding INSURANCE.

INTERNATIONAL PROMISE...

Our promise to our international friends is the same as our domestic promises with only a few exceptions. Transaction will be voided and money refunded if your country does not allow this item to be shipped there. There may be duties, tariffs and other fees charged by your country. We will help you not overpay these charges by declaring only the auction closing price, excluding shipping & handling charges.  We are sorry, we will not declare sold items as gifts or reduce the declared value under any circumstances, so please do not ask. Due to variations in international shipping standards/practices, we cannot guarantee delivery times nor can we guarantee door-to-door delivery.  We charge a $3.00 handling fee. Due to the cost of international postage we cannot accept returns, unless you are willing to pay all associated shipping costs.
