GRADING: I will never grade any item as mint as I believe this grade does not exist. No item will ever be graded as NM when it is obviously a lower grade. And now welcome to our TERMS OF SERVICE version 030505. In our continuing effort to empower our customers, it is our desire to address all possible concerns before any bidding, purchasing or receiving any of our items in the mail. The following highly detailed TOS gives customers the choice on how to proceed with their transactions and  disallows that we make any choices for you. We wish our customers to know exactly what to expect and to be as 'up front' as possible. We wish to leave to leave no room for concerns of surprise or deception.  You must read the following Terms of Service in order to purchase our items. By failing to read our Terms of Service you agree to, instead of or in addition to our TOS, give us us final authority on any and all transaction disputes.

PAYMENTS: Partial payments are never acceptable regardless of the difference between the customers payment and the actual final cost. Additional paypal and processing fees will automatically be added to the cost of any item(s) not paid in full.  Payment types accepted as listed. Preferred payment type is any by mail (check, money order, etc). Customer agrees and is bound to pay all banking and transaction fees due to returned checks and similiar situations. When sending in your payment by mail PLEASE TYPE your current correct return addresss somewhere. You do NOT want us guessing your address. Please type all contact information, especially foreign addresses with their specific formats. Please limit all addresses to a 4 line format. No sorry, we can not read your handwriting.  When you are done shopping and ready to checkout, pay promply and you dont have to worry about your listing of your items scrolling off after 30 days and being forgotten. Do NOT complete checkout before you receive an invoice. Do NOT estimate your own S&H costs. This will not speed up your shipping time, it will in fact cause delays. SHIPPING: An honest effort is made to securely ship all items. We will always adjust our packaging as we offer new items and evaluate their specific shipping needs but all items are packaged sufficiently for reasonsibly safe shipping. All shippers however are not reasonibly safe with your packages and sometimes no amount of additional packaging can protect them. We will always provide any additional packaging you require that you wish to pay additional for. In most all cases insurance will always be cheaper then then the cost of additional S&H.  We offer no service matching in regards to processing times for items in comparision to other merchants. We try to ship all items within the week of recieving payment. No guarantees are made on shippings times. Occasionally there may be delays in shipping due to payment issues, holidays, backlogs, emergencies and etc.  All vinyl items are shipped in special vinyl item boxes with double pads. All handpainted cast figurines now require insurance. Seller is not responsible for items lost, damaged or flat out destroyed in the mail. No refunds, exchanges or credit will be given for items lost, damaged or destoyed in shipment regardless of insurance status.  If you would like your items insured or including any special postal service make sure you have us confirm we are shipping your item insured or with your needed service. Buyer assumes all costs.  Outside the U.S., air post or ground post items can not be insured without upgrading the class to parcel post or EMS. This incurs a significant cost increase even before the insurance (EMS includes insurance). Items do NOT have a tracking number unless you pay for tracking(thusly your item(s) can not be tracked). The Post Office can NOT track your item using your email address. Items are shipped to your paypay address or return address (cut and pasted)  unless you indicate otherwise. Please confirm all shipping address changes by direct email to us. If you only make a notation in your paypal comments it might be overlooked. We cut and paste from your normal paypal address directly.

We have absolutely no control over the actual shipping time provided by any chosen service. While it is possible for a seller to collect your money and never ship your item, this is NOT our policy. This "might" be the Post Office's policy. It has come to our attention that some postmen may not like to carry anything larger than a letter. Thusly, if we confirm shipping of your order and you havent received it in a timely manner, call your post office and specifically ask them if they have any of your mail they havent felt like delivering in a few weeks or even months. We gladly ship by any means you specifiy, otherwise we ship using the cheapest rate. Cheapest postage rate means you get the cheapest quality shipping (by the service not us :)). We gladly combined shipping on multiple auctions, please make single payment for all. If paying for combined shipping by paypal and you pay for each item seperately the customer agrees to pay a nominal additional fee to cover the additional fees incurred before we ship the items. All shipping services are seperate entities from   and should be considered thus in regards to any events incured after their receipt of your item(s). We deny any implied warranties on any occurences to any item(s) by any carriers.  Please send the PO negative or neutral feedback if they negatively affect your order, not us.

ITEM DETAILS: We get our listing information directly from the labels and/or sleeves. We are not responsible for any information which is misprinted or false on the record and/or sleeve as it was manufactured or the relating of said information to our customers for bidding or purchasing concerns. Our customers tend to be far greater experts on the specific item they are interested in then us. Thusly, we do not catch every quirk of every item we sale. Rarely a 12" Single may have the same cover as the full album, please check if this is a possibility.  As some labels are more confusing than others and we are not experts in every artist in existence, please be sure the singer and/or writer or information is exactly what/who you wish it to be BEFORE bidding or purchasing. If the item isnt exactly what you are expecting dont bid on or purchase the item. Digital pictures available to serious buyers only.  Digital picture shown is the actual item or another of the exact same item with the exact same quality.  REFUNDS: If we determine that a refund is necessary after the item has shipped, refund will be given by Paypal or store credit ONLY for the purchase price. All other methods are prohibitively expensive and may result in charges greater then most purchase prices. Checks and money orders and similiar will not be issued as they tend to delay the closing of the transaction and also have a habit of getting cashed without ever being received by the customer. No refund will ever be given until all items in question are received by us with the complete original packaging.  Notice is given of this policy for any countries in which Paypal does not operate.

FRAUD: Anyone attempting to access our paypal or ebay account illegally, or attempt to gain information thereof, will be turned in to the proper authorities and prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Digital pictures are taken of all items sold for those that would be less than honest. We are keenly aware that some people may purchase an item and switch it out for a similiar damaged item and then ask for a refund. We are aware that some customers may fraudulently claim not to receive there item then ask for a refund. All claims must provide physical proof of non-receipt of item(s).  We check all items for this possibility and will report any fraudulant attempts. We check to see if all money orders and checks are cashed by any customers. We check to see what happens with any refund payment before sending out an additional payment. If there is any problem with any refund we will not send an additional one until the original one is in hand or its status determined.  Any person caught engaging in such practices will face immediate legal actions. We are also aware of other similiar fraudulant methods.

EVERYTHING ELSE (we hope): All items sold "as is". All sells are final. We never make any claims comparing any part of our terms of service to any other merchants terms of service. Items are not new or mint unless indicated.  All items are to be considered as novelty items for all business considerations. No specific claims, inferences or representations are to be assumed by any items in whole or in part. If you do not wish to have to pay for an item, dont bid on the item. We are not responsible for any obligation difficulties for bids placed by an user's account without authority as we have no way to verify such a situation. Anyone receiving an item similiar to or exactly like an item they curently have a high bid on by any other means is still obligated to purchase said item upon the end of the auction. EMAIL: If for any reason a customers given email is non responsive, we will immediately concider it as if the customer is non responsive regarding the given transaction. After receiving a winning bid and you receive an automated invioice from EBAYs automated mailer, do NOT respond to this address to ask us questions. That is NOT our email address. Also, we recommend checking your spam programs and email filters to make sure one of the rules contained within them do not keep you from getting all your emails you desire. We also recommend turning on your read receipts in your email program. If you send multiple emails to us and you do not hear from us it is most likely that we have tried emailing you multiples times and our emails were returned as undeliverable. We are not available to assist those who dont know how to use their own email.  

NON PAYING BIDDERS: 7 days after a purchase or a successful bid, all those who have not  completed checkout will receive a non paying bidder reminder from ebay. 14 days after a purchase or a successful bid, we will file for a final value fee refund for all those who have not completed checkout. At that time the person will be filed as a non paying bidder (NPB). Any partial payments not completed before the given times above will also be considered a NPB.  3 such instances may result in suspension of the users account. All payments received after a final value fee has been applied will be honored and the item(s) shipped.
