Upon shipment we supply our customers with the shipping tracking number.   In certain rare situations, an item may sell out from a distributor prior to an auction ending, a listing expiration, or receipt of payment. In this situation, our distributor immediately backorders from the manufacturer. If there will be an undue delay in a product being available for shipment Saturn Gadgets will notify the customer.  If desired, the customer may cancel the order at that time and receive a full refund.  This will be reflected as a mutual agreement not to complete the transaction and will be reported as such to eBay's dispute management system so all final value fees can be recovered.  To comply with eBay's requirements concerning drop-shipped items, please be aware that the item in this listing is a PRE-SALE ITEM and is guaranteed to be shipped to you no later than 30 business days from the date your payment is processed.

Saturn Gadgets stands behind its products.  We offer a 3 Day return policy.  Refunds are given as money back.   Buyers must pay return shipping.  Buyers must contact Saturn Gadgets within 3 days in order to receive an RMA number and shipping instructions.  All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.  Please contact us with any questions you have regarding returns or assistance with obtaining service under the manufacturer's warranty.
