With separate Bass and Treble controls, Balance Control and a Built-in Electronic Equalizer with factory presets, you are in full control of the sound and the music.

We will have UPS  pick up the defective item from you at NO COST to you {Lower 48 USA shipments only}. You will not have to go to the trouble of finding a way to ship the item back, we will come to you. 

A "3" Attempt Call Tag will be issued to pick up the defective item. When we receive the item we will repair or replace the item and return it at our expense.
