Optional Insurance

Our optional insurance is a blanket protection policy offered by UBuyFurniture that provides full coverage for the item it insures. Common Carriers insure packages up to $100 based on their own approval system, and will sometimes partially or fully not cover an item if it does not pass. Our optional insurance covers the item regardless of the decision by the common carrier, and will cover the entire cost of the item beyond $100 including all attached costs to replace and reship. If optional insurance is not purchased and the item is damaged during delivery, the customer will get reimbursement for up to what the carrier approves for the item and will be responsilble for any other costs associated with refund or replacing the item.

Bid Cancellation

If the auction has ended, and the winning bidder chooses not to pay, we will follow eBay's policy on non-paying bidders by filing to recover our listing and final value fees. If the buyer has already paid and later decides they did not want the item, we will charge a 15% service fee on the total payment to cover all costs involved in processing, preparing, and packaging the order.
