Our Crothix Pastilles offer an efficient, easy to use thickening system for shampoo, bath gel, body wash formulations, and other typical surfactant based systems.

Plus, crothix requires no neutralization, forms no nitrosamine byproducts, and often contributes to a ‘conditioned’ feel in rinse-off products.
To melt/dissolve, Crothix can be added to liquid surfactants or water and heated to 176-185 F.
Must melt completely to be effective.

Physical Form: Pellets / Pastilles

Melt Range: 113 F  (45C)

Solubility: Soluble in water

Recommended use levels: 0.5%-2.0%
