Here is a Crowder Scientific ITC Logic Board Model 2-35/47. These haven't been made for approx. 8-10 years since the death of it's designer.
Apparently you can design your own ITC circuits. The power supply is included as well as a couple bags of jumper wires and components. I'm sure you could get additional components at Radio Shack.
