Shipping and Handling

We can ship to any street address within the continental United States .We cannot ship to APO, FPO or PO BOX addresses. We cannot ship to an addresses other than the Credit Card billing address, or a shipping address provided by Paypal. We cannot combine Shipping and Handling from multiple auctions - each item is invoiced separately A Shipping and Handling fee of $19.99 for DHL OR UPS shipping, handling to any street address destination within the continental USA. At this time shipping options are DHL most packages will be sent this way, they offer cheaper rates. But we will ship UPS or FedEX upon request. All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days after payment. Orders are usually processed within one business hour and picked up by DHL the same day or the following business day. Ground shipping usually takes 1-5 business days (not including weekends or holidays). Tracking numbers are usually available within 12 hours after your order has been processed.

Condition

Any bidder whose payment is not received within (7) days of the end of the auction will receive a Non-Paying Bidder Alert unless the bidder has contacted us. (10) days after filing a Non-Paying Bidder Alert, we will request a Final Value Fee Credit through eBay. After requesting a final auction value refund, you will no longer be guaranteed to purchase the item at the winning bid price. Once eBay has been properly notified a mark will be placed on the users account (three marks is equal to a suspension from eBay for at least one month)

Guarantee

All order are guaranteed to arrive in perfect working condition (unless otherwise noted). If your equipment is defective, broken, or missing pieces when it arrives, you must report it to us within 2 days after the equipment is delivered. We will pick up the merchandise at your location and deliver a new unit to you. Is accompanied by a letter explaining the defect and an RMA number. The Buyer has, "Bench Tested" item prior to installation to discover any factory defect. The return is in the original box with all packaging material, manuals, warranty cards and all else that came with it. Buyer/winner must email us to receive the RMA number and state the eBay item number, the make and model of the item and the defect. You are responsible for shipping and proof of delivery on all returns; therefore, please retain all tracking information until we ship the new item. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter. Once the package has been delivered please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed. In order to receive a prompt RMA number please call us at 817-937-6145.  If you would like to return something because you do not like the merchandise, you must get it back to us within 30 days of the time you placed your order. Shipping fees are not refunded. A restocking fee of up to 25% may be applied, depending on the condition of the return and the type of refund requested (store credit or money back). No returns will be accepted after 30 days unless the manager authorizes it. To receive a cash refund, you must ship the item back to us within one business day of when you have received it. The following items are not returnable: DJ software (after the box is open) and special order items. Also, Microphones, In-Ear Monitors, Heil Talk Boxes, and any other items that touch your mouth, your nose, or your inner ear cannot be returned once opened due to health laws. All returns must come back in original packaging in original condition.
