music transferring service where I have the
professional equipment to record a high quality
copy of this album onto a CD. If the buyer
would like, they can choose to have a copy
of their purchase recorded onto a compact
disc and included at no additional charge.
All CDs will have track markers just as a
regular CD would have, along with sound quality
that far exceeds your expecations from an
LP.
You may be wondering: Is this legal? Yes--because
the top bidder is purchasing the original
factory release of the album, they would
have the right to make a copy of it, whether
it be to a cassette or onto a compact disc.
The courts have repeatedly affirmed that
an individual has a right to take legally
obtained recordings and rerecord them so
long as they do not resell or redistribute
the new material. Because you are legally purchasing the original
music, by law you would have the right to
make a back-up recording of it. What I am
offering is the option to have that back-up
included for free with your purchase.
