- ALL freight CHARGES are Paid on Delivery. Buyer is to pay us the item cost and any applicable pallet fees only.
- Prepaid freight can be arranged but costs an extra $65.00.
- We use USF Holland and UPS Freight.
- There is a 10.00 pallet fee for all freight orders + an
additional $5.00 if more than one item.
- Freight days are normally Tuesdays and Thursdays and items are shipped on those days nearest to these, after payment is received unless other arrangements have been made.
- Please e-mail us for a freight quote - be sure to include your

ESTIMATES only and are NOT binding!
- All
freight quotes are for BUSINESS DELIVERY or DOCK PICK-UP.
- Residential
delivery costs an extra $10.00.

have a pretty good discount with our shipping company, if you decide to ship
your item(s) with your carrier and it turns out you have an account with
them, you will be responsible for all shipping charges, which can be
significantly higher than ours. We suggest that if you have the same carrier as
us, that you use our other carrier or have your item(s) delivered to the freight
dock.
- Once an
item is shipped, we can NOT change the bill of lading.
- Buyers are NOT allowed to arrange their
own shipping - NO exceptions.
- We DO
NOT ship on Saturdays, Sundays.
- All freight shipments
are automatically insured for the purchase
price.
- PRO numbers, estimated
freight costs, estimated delivery day and contact information are all emailed to
the buy once their items are shipped.
- Customer pick-up is
allowed - Monday thru Friday 9:00 A.M. to 5:30 P.M., appointments MUST be made
for Saturdays. We do not do business or allow pick-ups on Sundays, no
exceptions.
Our Guarantee / Returns:
- We do our best to insure that only good, quality parts are sold. Occassionally a
bad one slips through. Because of this, we guarantee all of our parts* to be in
good working condition and to be in the condition described in the auction.
- We also guarantee you will receive the actual part that is
pictured.
- Original shipping is not refunded on returned parts.
- Returned parts must be insured. If we receive a part back that is damaged in transit back
to us, the guarantee will be void if it was not insured.
*Parts that are sold "AS IS" are not
covered by our guarantee and are not eligable for any type of credit or refund.
